the location is nice, I suppose, but the bathroom was so small, I nearly got stuck turning around. on top of that, the air conditioning was basically a lie—what a lovely sauna experience. it's surprising I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade, such a missed opportunity for hospitality. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Braw stay in a modern hotel, really comfy beds and a nice shower. Couldnae get enough of the friendly staff! Here’s the rub though—wi-fi was a bit dodgy in the rooms. But overall, a smashing place!

Recommend it for families
We absolutely loved the courtesy of the staff! Renata and Giovanna went above and beyond, made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was simple but tasty, nice relaxing start to our mornings.
It was not exactly cheap either, but for the service you get, it feels acceptable.

will be returning here soon
The hotel is super close to Restauradores metro, just a minute away, making it a breeze to explore the city. I stayed in a Superior Double Room, which had great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The shower was solid, and I loved the complimentary welcome drink at the bar. Breakfast had nice treats like fresh quiches!

The hotel's central positioning is unbeatable with direct access to the metro, making travel around the area a breeze. The rooms, while compact, feature modern furnishings that keep them comfortable for a short stay. There’s a nice touch with local breakfast specialties available nearby.
Sleeping with the window open can be a bit tricky due to street noise and nearby tram traffic. a solid shut-down helps but you might end up missing that fresh air. The size of the Superior Double Room was limiting, designed for solo rather than double occupancy and led to awkwardness in movement. Water pressure in the shower struggled at times, and good luck finding enough electrical outlets to charge your devices. I ended up repositioning furniture just to get a decent connection. the lack of a bar for down time and the absence of notable dining options within the hotel pushed me to explore external restaurants after a long day.
